Make the Connection 0-1 is a 7-week session for parents and infants. Join us for baby rhymes and songs, and the opportunity to learn about your baby's growth and unique personality. The current session is full; look for it to be offered again in the spring!
Strengthening Families for Parents and Youth is a 9-week family change program where parents and teens learn to understand each other better, improve communication and learn to get along better. It is for families with youth aged 12-16. Strengthening Families for the Future is a similar program for families with children aged 7-11. Please click here for more information.
Baby Food Making - join us for this hands-on workshop to learn how to safely introduce solids and make nutritious baby food. Participants will get recipes and samples, and have a chance to win a mini food processor! Infants will not be allowed in the kitchen but free childcare will be available in the next room.
